Smt. M. Saritha has been a dedicated educator since 1992, currently serving as the Principal of S.B.R. Govt. College of Music and Dance in Secunderabad. With 27 years of experience as a Carnatic Vocal lecturer, she was promoted to Principal in August 2019 at S.G.S. Govt. School of Music and Dance in Nizamabad, where she served for 5 years. In September 2024, she took on her current role as Principal at Sri Bhaktha Ramadasu Govt. College of Music and Dance in Secunderabad.
Throughout her career, she has trained hundreds of students, many of whom have successfully completed their Certificate and Diploma courses. Numerous former students are now thriving in the music field, working as music teachers in various colleges and Gurukula schools.

ACHIEVEMENTS
- She has presented a paper on “Carnatic Music related topics in Panditaradhya Charitha written Palkurki Somanatha” in Potti Sriramulu Telugu University. This paper focuses on contribution of Telangana to Carnatic Music.
- She has also compiled book in English which covers theory useful to Diploma Students of Carnatic Vocal.

In year 2017 she has been honored by “Best Teacher” award in Carnatic Vocal by Department of Language & Culture, Government of Telangana in the month of September..
In 2014 she was felicitated with title of ‘Vanitha Gana Kokila’ by Sarojini Naidu Vanitha Maha Vidyalaya Hyderabad..
She won Yuva award in 1992 from South Central Zone Cultural Centre.
